A Sweet Treat Was Always the Plan
What began as a passion for old-world confectionery became something far larger — a Manhattan destination for people who refuse to compromise on quality.
We opened our doors on West 39th Street with a simple conviction: that candy deserves the same reverence as wine, chocolate, or cheese. Every batch is made in small quantities. Every flavor is tested until it's right. And every customer is treated like a guest in our kitchen.

How We Work
Three principles guide every piece that leaves our kitchen.
Sourcing
We trace every ingredient to its origin — cocoa from Ecuador, vanilla from Madagascar, sea salt from Maine. If we wouldn't eat it ourselves, we won't sell it.
Crafting
Small-batch production means patience. Tempering, pouring, molding, and finishing are all done by hand. Rushing is the only sin we don't tolerate.
Presenting
Packaging is part of the experience. Our boxes are designed to be kept, our ribbons tied with care, and every order inspected before it reaches your hands.
